Entry under iron where box gutters rear didn’t rise high enough
This was an unusual one. A golf ball from the golf course next door smashed the tile and a possum soon found its way into the ceiling.
unprotected ceiling vents allowed possums to drop in. Problem here was they couldn’t get out.
A common possum entry.

Loose roofing iron can lead to possum entry. These can be hard to detect because from above all seems well.
Good old chicken wire never fails to create work for me. Unless it is fixed with extreme care it always fails. Possums climb on it, poke prod and pull at it.
