Simon went beyond expectations. His eye to detail is really appreciated. He trapped 2 adult possums and we suspected a third possum who want found the first time. He came back next day to find the third one and he did. In all there were 3 in our ceiling. We didn't want them hurt or taken away from their territory, only away from the inside of the roof to avoid bilt ups of excrement and waist to which we didn't have access to clean. Simon is very professional and caring of his customers expectations. He also gives some tips in regards to the after removal scenario. In all, he's professional, respectful and caring. Recommended.
